Eight years deep. Five hundred clients. Over a million cumulative reps cued, corrected, and programmed. I started in college weight rooms and ended up coaching pro athletes, founders with 60-hour weeks, and parents who just wanted their bodies back. The through-line? A plan they could actually execute.

Training is a solved problem for people who take it seriously. What isn't solved is the attention — the noticing, the small adjustments, the weekly pressure that keeps you honest when no one's watching. That's what I sell. That's what most people have never actually had.
